On page two of that article it lists the ACS Benchmarks for Patient Navigation and show what they track.

I am just starting this new role as lung cancer navigator.  So far, we are
tracking # of days from abnormal finding to biopsy, # of days from biopsy
to treatment (surgery, chem, and/or radiation), # days from biopsy to
seeing nurse navigator, if and when the person meets someone from the
support team (social worker, dietician, etc.). We had IT set up a database
that will produce reports based on the data I enter.
I am also tracking the way the patient enters the system since I think it
will tell me how I can best meet the patient upon diagnosis.

Does anyone have any specific quality indicators they track as part of
their role? (E.g. % of newly diagnosed patients contacted by lung cancer
patient navigator; volume of patient contacts, etc.).
